   • Restrooms, mop sink, and custodial areas maintained and clean. Premises maintained free of litter, unnecessary equipment, or personal effects. Trash areas adequate, pest proof, and clean.
   • Utensils, equipment, and single serve items properly handled, stored, and dispensed.
