- The business license must be posted where it can be easily seen.
- Every vending machine licensed hereunder shall bear an emblem or tag securely fastened to the front surface of the machine in a conspicuous place, bearing the expiration date of the license and the registration number assigned to such licensee. No person shall install, use or operate a greater number of vending machines than that for which the person has been granted a license and paid the fees. The department of licenses and consumer services and the environmental health division shall have the right to inspect the licensee's books and records to determine compliance with this section. Each owner shall clearly identify each vending machine or bank of interconnected vending machines operated by the owner with the owner's current telephone number in such a manner that the information can be easily read without moving the machine or machines. The absence of such an owner's label will constitute a violation of this chapter. (99-Or-119,§ 1, 10-29-99)
